Option 1: in the App
If the App offers it, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately. If your App does not have the option yet, use option 2.
Option 2: by email
- Write to info@ventrue.com.ec with the subject "Delete account".
- Send it from the email you signed in with so we can verify the account is yours.
- Tell us the name of the App.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
What we delete
- Your account and profile data (name, email, photo).
- Everything you recorded in the App: progress, sessions, workouts, preferences, financial or health data.
- The identifiers that link your device to your account.
Deletion is completed within 30 days at most.
What we keep and for how long
- Purchase and billing records: as long as Ecuadorian tax law requires.
- Security logs: up to 90 days, to prevent fraud and abuse.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that no longer identify you.
Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled when you delete your account: cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Delete some data without closing your account
Email us at the same address with the subject "Delete data" and tell us what you want erased. More in our Privacy Policy.
